I've always wanted to make Eggplant kasundi as the bottles I buy are soo expensive, $15 so when I saw Simply By the Beach post it on facebook I just had to share it here too.
Thanks for the mention Bridget, I made the kasundi today and ate it with my pork chops for dinner tonight - delish. I will share the recipe very soon! xx
