World Card Making day October 1st

I've tried to do something for World Card Making Day you can read all about it here.

It usually brings my mojo back if I have lost it or spurs me on even more to

do something for this day.

This year I am dedicating the day to

A not for profit organisation run by one special lady Sandy Allnock

that collects hand made cards

to send to Defence Forces in war torn zones, ships at sea and who

ever needs the cards to send home to loved ones.

Some of the cards I have made are showcased here

I have learnt that all units who gather in a vicinity also

get the privilege of getting our cards to use as well,

not just the American soldiers/airforce/marines.

I have not found anyone here in Australia 

who does this for our own Defence Force to be 

able to donate my cards to.

What's on your WORKDESK Wednesday 121

What's on your WORKDESK Wednesday 121 which I saw in the above link. 

But it seems that this one is WHAT ISN'T ON YOUR WORKDESK and in this picture it is my 

CUP OF TEA 

hahaha. I'm always crafting with a cup of tea.

As you can see a few cards in the making with pieces cut out,

xyroned and ready to go.
