 This is an official postcard from Postcrossing sent by Yu in Taiwan of the Queen's Head Rock 4,000 year old or Yehliu in the town of Wanli New Taipei-the reference is to Queen Elizabeth of England. The area is know as the Yehliu Promotory and stretches about 1,700 metres into the ocean and was formed as geological forces pushed Datun Mountain out of the sea. Other formations are the Fairy Shoe, Beehive, Ginger Rocks and the Sea Candles
