World Card Making Day 2014 - Thinking of You Mia

I made this card in honour of my primary school class mate Mia to say 'I am thinking of you'

Die cut on black cardstock using Heartfelt Creations/Spellbinders Decorative Leafy Frame.
Swipe Tsukineko Brilliance Dew Drop Galaxy Gold across the leafy frame to give it a vintage look.
Cut photo out and adhere to back of frame.
Tie a bow in a sheer gold ribbon.
Stamp up Heartfelt Creations Arianna Blooms in Tsukineko Memento Tuxedo black and using a dauber ink around the edges and centre of the 2nd and 3rd larges flowers petals.
Cut out Graphic 45 A ladies Diary Collection paper Afternoon Tea the size of the Leafy Frame and adhere that to the frame.
Using Spellbinders Nestability Card Creator Exquisite Labels Eleven die cut out of Graphic 45 A ladies Diary Collection page and adhere sheer gold ribbon to the bottom of the frame and adhere page to the base cardstock which is an A4 size black cardstock folded in half.
I used Want2Scrap Baby Bling Pearls-LaCreme on the Leafy Frame

  4. Fabulous card! Love how the photo pops right out of the background! Great idea to use a photo on a card... why should photos always just appear on a LO...?

  5. Lovely card. Unfortunately it can't be included in our challenge as it doesn't contain a Kenny K image but we hope to see you back soon.
