This was taken on our recent holiday to
Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Queensland.
Our hotel is to the left outside the picture. This hotel is called Skypoint-probably the tallest building here. I wanted to go up but I wasn't in the best of health so will take a raincheck. It boasts 360 degree views and looks awesome. The fence at the bottom of the photo is very crude, you can see a wooden one and a steel one, one would think that this being a touristy place, that they would make the fence similar or neat at least.
But alas it is such a laid back society up north, everyone accepts it!!

You would think they would make more of an effort to make the surroundings alittle more pleasing to the eye!

They could definitely make more of an effort - afterall, first impressions and all that!!
ReplyDeleteMaybe some of the hotel guests should suggest that the fences are unsightly on one of those guest satisfaction surveys? The structure itself is very modern and exciting. I hope you are feeling much better? Hard to travel when not tiptop physically.
