It's summer in Australia and lately there have been lots of
babies born to friends and family. So my theme today centres around these cute bundles of joy.
Using the largest size of the
Spellbinders Decorative Elements Floral Ovals SKU-S4-356
cut one double (folded over and hinged) for the outside
and 2 singles for the inside, the smaller end of the handle is made using the second smallest die (cut 4).
The handle is cut from the Spellbinders/JustRite Antique Labels One Die JB-03830 (cut 2).
Stamp set is from JustRite Royal Antique Labels One
Ribbon is from StampinUp
Totally gorgeous Bridget! Just love how you put this together and such a fab idea for a baby card!
ReplyDeleteFabulous use of the dies, Bridget. Very clever!
ReplyDeleteMind blowing Bridget - love it!! p.s. I might just have to case this as we have a very special addition to the family due shortly.

Oh!!! This is sooo sweet and lovely! Plus I love the use of the die to make something totally different! Grats!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome love how you used the ovals to create a rattle
ReplyDeleteSuch crafty cleverness. Adorable.
ReplyDeleteWow, what an intricate card! It's very, very cute.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a clever idea! I don't have those dies, but have some that I could substitute to make the rattle. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely idea! My husband has made some actual old fashioned woodturned rattles, but unfortunately, they are really only useful as display items. Too dangerous for little babies to have
ReplyDeletewhat a beautiful card thanks for your lovely comment on my painting
