It's a lovely card. You could try and see if it is a Postcrossing card that has forgotten to put the ID. You give them as much info as you can and they figure out who it could be. It has worked a couple of time for me. You go to the 'register the card' page and there is a link on the right for cards with incomplete ID or without ID.
